Q: Are the bags posted here ORIGINAL handbags?
Yes, of course!!! I do not sell fakes. All my stocks come directly from United States (or other locations) and is purchased from the Premium Outlet or Shopping Mall (ie: Macy’s).

Q: Are items in the Premium Outlet (aka Factory Outlet) of lesser quality than bags from the boutique?
Not really. The only difference is that a large percentage of the bags in the factory store are items that are "last season". They haven't sold in the boutique so they've been shipped off to the outlets so the boutiques can make room for new things. These bags are held to the BRAND's standards and are just as well made as regular purses. They are not cheap, flimsy, slipshod bags that will fall apart so don't worry =)

Q: How to make a payment?
I accept payment via 2 methods below:
1) Cash Deposit/ bank-transfer via MAYBANK / MAYBANK2U.com.
I will email you the account details once you have agreed to pay.
2) Payment with major credit cards via PayPal.
This is only applicable for purchase above RM1000 due to the 4% surcharge.

Q: I like one of the items you posted but it’s already been sold out. Do you have other stocks in hand?
If there is more than 1 item available, it will be stated. If not, then there is only 1 available so book FAST per first come first serve basis!!! If the item is SOLD but you MUST have it, ping me and it may be re-ordered, provided they're still available in the stores, of course!

Q: What if I want to order a certain design since it is not in your available stocks?
I definitely welcome pre orders. =)
I need 1-2 weeks to look for the items if I am not able to find it, I will update you within this time line.
** Before I purchase the item I would require full payment and NO CANCELLATION allowed for special order items. Once agreed and the money is deposited into my account - I'll purchase the items and ship them to you.

Q: What if I am not happy with the product and I want to return it back?
I do not practice return policy. Due to this, please read the descriptions carefully - especially the condition and dimension, as items sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or IM me. Your satisfaction is my priority. ;-)

Q: What type of leather is used in COACH handbags?
Only calf leather and has used nappa leather in some collection. Coach leather is of HIGH Quality at affordable prices.
Coach never uses pigskin. Those coach bags using pigskin are the fakes one!!! So avoid fakes especially the ones bought in China!!! This is because pig skin is extremely cheap and mass produced in there. Avoid fakes, buy original and insyaallah....the leather "boleh di gunakan tanpa was2".
